The Launch of TSHAR Bamboo Construction Materials at the 11th Bhutan Construction and Wood Expo 2022
On 14th October 2022, Tarayana Foundation launched the TSHAR Bamboo Construction Products at the 11th Bhutan Construction and Wood Expo 2022, organized by the Bhutan Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
- During the launch, four members, two from Zhemgang and Mongar dzongkhag, with their respective field officers, came to the capital to showcase their products on behalf of their groups.
- A total amount of Nu.238,300/- worth of handicrafts and construction products were sold during the four days exhibition.
- This initiative is supported by the SAARC Development Fund through the “Promoting Integrated Bamboo Enterprise Development among SAARC Countries” project and implemented by Tarayana Foundation.
