Enterprise Development

Since its establishment, Tarayana has worked closely with small rural enterprises, effectively forming various groups focused on nature-based activities like cotton, nettle, mushroom, cane and bamboo, daphne, pottery, and more, in addition to agricultural initiatives. Alongside offering capacity building and financial literacy programs, Tarayana has played a crucial role in acquiring, distributing, and installing suitable machinery and tools at workstations and community centers to boost output and efficiency. Marketing and promoting products have been actively carried out through social media channels and participation in diverse fairs, festivals, and events.

To support cane and bamboo-related enterprises in the country, the TSHAR (Bamboo) Institute was established in the year 2023. This Institute provides skills training, service, and market facilitation for cane and bamboo artisans and entrepreneurs.
